7 High Protein, Heart-Healthy Smoothie Recipes

  1. Peanut Butter Banana: Blend 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1/2 cup ice.
  2. Berry Protein Blast: Blend 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 cup ice.
  3. Chocolate Protein Power: Blend 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 cup ice.
  4. Kale and Almond Smoothie: Blend 1 cup kale, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 cup ice.
  5. Spinach and Pineapple: Blend 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1/2 cup ice.
  6. Avocado Protein Smoothie: Blend 1/2 avocado, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 cup ice.
  7. Chia Seed Berry Smoothie: Blend 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 cup ice.
